Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is inspected.
Exchanges
- Wrong item? Ordered the wrong size or part? No worries.
- We’ll exchange it as long as the item is unused and eligible for return.
- Contact us first so we can confirm availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened chemicals or liquids
- Clearance or final sale items
- Installed equipment or parts
- Custom or special-order items
How to Start a Return
- Email joy@tampapoolsandspas.com with:
- Your name and order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return
- We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions and return shipping info.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
